1. General Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt for a refund/exchange/store credit.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Sales@kvdeluxe.com or via WhatsApp Chat at +1 (437) 655 8817 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the return package.
Ship the item(s) back to us at the following address: 200 Wellesley St E, Toronto, ON. M4X1G3.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the return package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
3. Refunds/Exchanges/Store Credit:
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the desired item and size when contacting customer service. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Store Credit: If you choose to receive store credit, it will be issued in the form of a gift card/code and can be used for future purchases on our website.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.
We will provide instructions for returning the item and will either replace it or issue a full refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. International Returns:
International returns are handled in the same manner as domestic returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs fees or duties. Please contact customer service to start the return process and obtain a Return Authorization number. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the return package.
7. Policy Changes:
We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
